Ignite One is a trusted, DDD-approved provider serving adults 21+ across every county in New Jersey.

We offer a complete range of in-home, community-based, and therapeutic services, all delivered by licensed therapists, certified support staff, and skilled professionals who know how to connect, support, and empower adults with developmental disabilities.

We match each adult with a provider they can trust and a plan that supports long-term growth, not just daily tasks. From life skills to emotional wellness, our work is rooted in real relationships and real outcomes.

We work across all tiers and DDD support levels, helping adults move forward with the consistent, relationship-based care they need to grow.

Individual Supports

We provide direct support and assistance for participants, with or without the caregiver present, in or out of the participant's residence, to achieve and/or maintain the outcomes of increased independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and inclusion in the community, as outlined in their Service Plan.

Individual Supports may include: assistance with community-based activities and assistance to, as well as training and supervision of, individuals as they learn and perform the various tasks that are included in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living.

Community Inclusion Services

We support participants outside their homes by assisting them in educational, enrichment, and recreational activities outlined in their ISP. These activities are designed to foster greater inclusion in the community. Community Inclusion Services take place in small group settings, with no more than six individuals.

We facilitate opportunities for adults to engage in structured group activities, like small group outings to community festivals, museums, book clubs, theater groups, cultural events, holiday celebrations, and sporting events—designed around their interests and goals.

BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS

We deliver individual and/or group counseling, behavioral interventions, diagnostic evaluations, and consultations related to developmental disabilities. These services are designed to help adults acquire or maintain appropriate interactions with others.

All intervention approaches are based on identified behavioral needs and follow specific, measurable goals for progress. Behavioral Supports include a full assessment of the individual’s behaviors, the development and implementation of a structured behavioral modification plan, training for caregivers and behavioral aides, and ongoing review and adjustments to the plan. Services are delivered by qualified professionals as identified in each participant’s Service Plan.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Our Occupational Therapy services follow the same scope and standards outlined in the State Plan. They may be either rehabilitative or habilitative in nature.

Support is available to help adults improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. This includes the therapeutic use of everyday activities to develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for independent living. Our approach is designed to improve coordination, motor planning, strength, and focus.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our Physical Therapy services are aligned with the scope and standards set by the State Plan and follow the same clinical guidelines. They may be either rehabilitative or habilitative in nature.

Support is available to help adults improve their mobility, coordination, and physical function in daily living and working environments. This includes therapeutic activities and interventions designed to restore strength, balance, and movement. Our approach helps reduce physical limitations, prevent injury, and support greater independence across routines and community participation.

Our Transportation services are offered through the DDD program and follow approved service standards to ensure safe, respectful, and reliable access to care. We support adults in getting to appointments, day programs, community activities, and more—across every county in New Jersey.

Support includes ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible rides, curb-to-curb and door-to-door options, and escort-assisted trips when needed. Our well-trained drivers prioritize comfort, security, and open communication with families and teams for smooth scheduling. This service promotes independence, social inclusion, and consistent access to essential supports.
